I.R Immigration Law is a joint partnership between Mr Bazen Inquai and Ms Melanie Rhind, who between them have over 20 years specialist experience in Immigration Law, including Asylum, Human Rights, and Nationality Law.

Practitioners of IR Immigration Law have achieved accreditation under the Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) and are regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide Immigration advice and services, including preparation and presentation of appeals in both the First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.
